I am Billy Monahan, the Captain Mohando. I am currently the only Administrator of the Shazam Wiki (and maybe the youngest admin for a wiki ever), which hasn't had any admins in years. This wiki has a lot of room for fixes, so with me as Admin, I have the opportunity to achieve that. I have some things to say.
Theme:
This wiki has two themes: Shazam (Including himself, the Shazam Family, other Fawcett's creations, etc.) and Stargirl (Including herself, the Blue Valley's residents, the JSA., etc.). Any character or team that are not often affiliated with either of the theme are not allowed to have their own pages in this wiki unless they have a strong enough connection to either of the themes. (More than one major appearances)
Example of those allowed: The Young Justice. In the animated series, Shazam (or Captain Marvel as he's called in the series), he has been an ally to the team, and Freddy Freeman was a member of the New Young Justice, a short-lived team which replaced the original team for only two issues of the 1998 comic series. Stargirl also has some connection to the team, with them even appearing in her debut series, Stars and S.T.R.I.P.E.
Example of those not allowed: Wally West. The only connection he has with Stargirl was living in her hometown, Blue Valley when he was Kid-Flash, and he did have some interactions to Shazam, but not a lot. None of this is enough to justify him having his own page.
Even those that don't have a strong connection with one of the themes but still has a strong connection with the other are allowed, like Lex Luthor. He has little to no interaction to Stargirl, yet still had a long history with Shazam, famously in Kingdom Come, so it's okay for him to have a page here.
The same rule applies to comics and media. As long as either of the themes have a significant role, they can have their own page.
The original themes for the wiki when it was first made by Doomlurker was Shazam and any magic-related characters from DC (Justice League Dark, Teen Titans, etc.). That'd been changed because I felt that Stargirl and the JSA has a stronger connection to the Shazam lore than the other non-Shazam Family, non-Justice League teams and that the JL Dark would fit the Wonder Woman Wiki better, while the Teen Titans would fit the Batman Wiki better. The Teen Titans pages can stay, since Billy and Freddy were members at some point of their history, but the JL Dark pages, the only thing related to the team that can stay are select members such as Zatanna and John Constantine, since they still have a connection to Shazam.
Priority:
One major priority currently is to remove anything in the wiki that does not fit the rules well. I'd already discuss some examples at the end of Themes.
After that, our top priority is to add more Shazam-related pages and especially more Stargirl-related page, we are still in prosses to doing that.
Now what:
Being the only admit of the wiki is pretty hard, so now, I need YOU. If you wanna become a admit, ask me.
There are some rules to become one though:
You need to be a big fan of either Shazam or Stargirl or both; You need to read the comics, watch the tv series, watch the movie. You need knowledge from comics and media, so you know what that character is, or what that comic is.
We need to trust you. You need to make at least 40-50 good edits on pages that needed it, then you can ask me to become a admin, and I'll approve.
We need at least 6-8 admins, so do be quick.
That's all.
