Doctor Smashi is a Japanese lieutenant of Mr. Mind's Monster Society of Evil. He was an evil scientist before he joined. With Doctor Hahi and Peeyu he attempted to create a huge cannon to blow holes in the Earth, but was killed in an explosion at an ammunition dump.
